Positives

  • Finger protection
  • Dual use (match & training)
  • All Season use
  • Perfect for beginners

Negatives

  • Finger spines prone to breaking as gloves wear

Precision gloves came highly recommended by Aaron Ramsdale, the Bournemouth and England U21 Goalkeeper. They were the gloves he used when he was younger and he felt they offered a good balance of performance and durability without breaking the bank. Based on this recommendation we purchased a couple of different pairs, the PRG707 being one of them. The gloves offer good grip and have the benefit of a roll finger protection system. The price is very reasonable at roughly £30 a pair. Even now my son rotates these gloves during training sessions.

Type
Training and match goalkeeping gloves. Perfect for beginners who go through gloves like hot dinners!

Weather / Season
Reliable all round glove, my son has used this in all weather conditions and found it held up well in all of them.

Cut
The Premier Collection Rollfinger has a snug fit compared to the conventional flat palm glove. The rollfinger cut also provides the best ball contact as the cut ensures the latex is always in contact with the ball, when both catching and throwing, therefore providing a better feel when in contact with the football.

Palm
Basic latex palm. Provides a good level of grip for such a low price.

Finger Protection
Non-removable Precision GK Finger Protection System. Be advised that the finger spines can break, we have had to retire two pairs due to broken finger spines.

Backhand
EVA backhand.

Fastening
Elasticated wristband and conventional strap and pull loop system. The gloves are sturdy with no splitting despite them being put on and taken off constantly during training.
